Cognis Group operates on a straightforward flat-fee subscription model — no AUM percentages, no hidden commissions, no surprises. You pay one predictable monthly fee that covers comprehensive financial planning, investment oversight, tax coordination, and more. Fees are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Every tier is delivered by the same fiduciary team, held to the same fee-only standard.

The three plans

• Foundational Plan — $275/mo. Comprehensive financial planning, strategic asset allocation, retirement readiness analysis, basic risk assessment, annual tax strategy review, and estate plan coordination.
• Growth Plan — $475/mo. Everything in Foundational, plus customized portfolio strategy with tax-loss harvesting, optional access to private markets, detailed scenario modeling, comprehensive tax planning, and semi-annual plan reviews.
• Legacy Plan — $675/mo. Everything in Growth, plus a dynamic plan with quarterly updates, bespoke multi-account household strategy, full access to private markets, multi-generational income and estate strategies, and concierge insurance support.
